Your Role: You’ll begin and end your day with
Sourcing & Outreaching Right Fit Candidates Smartly
- Post jobs online and find talent through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals.
- Pre-screen candidates for company and job fit with other role specific checkboxes.
- Own outreach strategies & network professionally— cold calls, direct messages, social chats.
- Drive high-volume outreach with focus on candidate quality and turnaround time.
- Be proactive, creative and fluid recruiter who uses brainpower to the fullest.
Driving Candidate Conversations
- Pitch Insight Alpha and our roles to candidates with clarity and intellectual conviction.
- Join online jobseeker groups, professional communities, and social hiring forums.
- Confidently initiate and participate in candidate conversations across various mediums.
- Build and maintain professional rapport with candidates.
Liaison Management
- Work on mandates shared by line manager.
- Coordinate efficiently between candidate and line manager for interview schedules.
- Accept feedback positively and apply learnings to improve next-round lineups.
Calendar and Cadences Tracker Update Management
- Manage robust talent pipelines across stages: Shortlisted CVs and Interview line ups.
- Maintain backups with focus on keeping line ups: show-ups ratios high and tightly synced.
- Record all touchpoints in neat, clean, clear and concise documents and spreadsheets.
- Keep all data up to date and fully ready in real time and viewable in pivot tables, infographic and other analytical format styles.
