Executive Assistant & Social Media / Sales Coordinator

*Your role will include:*

* Managing schedule, meetings, and daily coordination
* Supporting with social media content, marketing, and online presence* Handling client conversations, follow-ups, and lead generation* Assisting in event planning (retreats, workshops, and sound baths)* Managing payments, logistics, and small operational details* Helping bring systems and structure to Nurturing Souls’ growing vision* *Travelling for outstation retreats and events when required*
