About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Founder in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and confidential tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the Founder's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Founder to execute strategic projects and initiatives. Track project progress and provide timely updates. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making. Operational Oversight: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with company goals. Prepare and follow up on action items from meetings. Assist in creating and managing operational processes. Confidential Tasks: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity. Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment. Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
