Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Administrative Support :

*Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

*Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transport).

*Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.

*Manage email and phone correspondence on behalf of executives.

2. Office Management :

*Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).

*Order office supplies and manage inventories.

*Coordinate with other departments and external vendors.

3. Communication & Coordination :

*Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

*Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.

*Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

4. Confidentiality & Discretion :

*Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

*Manage confidential files and data access securely.

5. Project Support :

*Assist in planning and tracking special projects.

*Coordinate deadlines and monitor progress.

6. Problem Solving & Initiative :

*Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues.

*Resolve minor issues independently or escalate as needed.
