Executive Assistant (Junior)

As an Executive Assistant at Asymmetric Labs, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team with various administrative tasks. This full-time position based in HSR, Bangalore, requires you to be proficient in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes, as well as tracking key deadlines, follow-ups, and action items for the leadership team. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling internal communication and documentation on behalf of the leadership. In addition to executive assistant duties, you will also be involved in HR-related tasks. This will involve assisting in recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, supporting onboarding and exit procedures, and helping to organize employee engagement activities and internal updates. To be successful in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in executive assistant or similar roles, with strong executive administrative assistance and support skills. Excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office is required, and any previous experience with HR-related activities such as recruitment would be considered a plus.
