Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements. ● Follow-up: Exceptional follow-up skills are a must; proactively track and follow up on pending tasks, projects, and communications to ensure completion on time. ● Coordination: Oversee office administration, liaising between departments, and managing supplies and office logistics. ● Personal Tasks: Handle any personal tasks and errands for the director with utmost discretion. ● Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is essential.
