Job Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive or department. This includes managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling confidential information, and completing special projects as needed. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison between the executive and internal and external contacts and may be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts, managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive
  • Handle confidential information and maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Coordinate and plan meetings, conferences, and events
  • Provide administrative support to the executive and department as needed, including managing expenses and coordinating with other departments
  • Manage a team of administrative staff, providing direction and support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Good Communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience working with a senior executive or in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assisting the meeting seminars around Kerala (should be willing to travel across Kerala).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
