Should be independently able to handle design from concept to execution stage. 7) Should be able to work in collaboration with Local and International consultants. 8) Technical & Design Knowledge in: Liasioning Knowledge ( MCGM, SRA, UDCPR, MHADA, HRC, MOEF, RERA etc. Market Awareness (Domestic/ International) Construction Methodology Innovation, 9) Efficient display of Communication and Interpersonal skill. Should be able to easily adapt to Change 10) Customer Satisfaction Orientation 11) Should be in position to handle a project from feasibility to construction stage. 12) Understanding with fair knowledge of local byelaws (MCGM, SRA,UDCPR, MHADA etc) #LI-DNI
