As an Executive Architect at our company, your primary role will involve the following responsibilities: - Preparation of Conceptual design/scheme - Reviewing Corporation drawing/working drawings before submission/delivery - Coordinating with Senior Architects - Reporting to the Senior Executive Architect - Coordination with local bodies associated with the map sanctioning process Qualifications Required: - Degree in Architecture - Registered with the Council of Architecture - Masters in Urban Planning/Housing/Town planning (desirable) - Associate Member of Institute of Town Planners India (desirable) - Knowledge of National building code and local building bylaws You should possess key skills in: - Auto CAD - 3D Visualization Software - Photoshop - Microsoft Office Please note that the job is based in Ranchi and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in planning.,
