Key Skills

· Complete Accounting of customer invoices in Tally Software.

· Good Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel and Word).

· Ability to use various online platforms provided by customers + internal company softwares.

· Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English and Hindi languages.

Job Description

· Generation of customer invoices as per MIS data received from corporates / operations team.

· Accounting of customer invoices in Tally Software.

· Working Knowledge of GST with online GST e-invoice creation.

· Business Support for Corporate Clientele Operations Team.

· Reconciliation of customer ledgers and highlight any discrepanices.

· Follow-up for outstanding payments.

· Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and large work volume.

· Desire to learn new concepts and intention of professional progress.

· Polite and patient in dealing with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
