REQUIRED: Executive Administrator:

Location: Kochi
Client & Agent Communication
Attend B2B and B2C calls.
Ensure prompt responses to agents and clients via WhatsApp and email.
Allocate queries and follow up on B2B and B2C leads.
Meetings & Coordination
Attend IDMC World online meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
Support B2B product development in coordination with Akhil (Sales Head) and Ansar (Creative Designer).
Assist in B2B rate contracting with vendors.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare Domestic B2B Business Analysis reports for MD & HR review.
Submit MIS reports to Travelust Management & HR Strategist.
Submit MIS reports to IDMC World & HR Strategist.
Sales & Marketing Support
Execute daily promotions in IDMC World.
Ensure sales team updates WhatsApp status daily with IDMC World promotional flyers.
Monitor Guest Relations Executives (GRE) and operations.
Share daily tour updates in team groups.
Technology & Systems Management
Create and manage new WhatsApp groups as required.
Act as custodian for laptops and gadgets allocated to the team.
Monitor and coordinate ERP updates.
Coordinate maintenance of Travelust website.
Assist in the development of a new B2C website for South India.
Qualification Requirement
1 - 2 year Tourism industry Experience.
Any Graduate
Computer Proficiency, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Communication & Listening Skills.
Should be Confident & Self-Motivated.
Service oriented & a team player.
Commitment to organization
