Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level support to senior management
• Coordination with the team
• Support strategic communication initiatives
• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Draft emails, handle correspondence, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Assist in event planning, reporting, and basic office management tasks
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and proactive problem-solving

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in executive assistant or admin roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and external partners
