About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services 2. Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference 3. Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for the claim follow-up 4. Assess and resolve enquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact 5. Provide accurate product/service information to customers, research available documentation, including authorization, nursing notes, and medical documentation on client's systems, interpret explanation of benefits received, etc. prior to making the call 6. Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons, and use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials/underpayments Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: are from Delhi, Gurgaon, Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Nagpur, Rewa, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka only Salary: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year Experience: 0 year(s) Deadline: 2025-06-12 23:59:59 Other perks: 5 days a week, Health Insurance, Life Insurance Skills required: English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written) Other Requirements: 1. Fluent verbal communication abilities/call center expertise 2. Knowledge of denials management and A/R fundamentals will be preferred 3. Willingness to work continuously in night shifts 4. Basic working knowledge of computers 5. Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software will be considered an advantage 6.
