Job Description: As an Accounting & Financial Manager at our company, your role will involve handling various financial tasks to ensure accurate and compliant financial transactions. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. - Recording and maintaining precise financial transactions in the company's accounting systems. - Maintaining bank statements, reconciliations, and ledger accounts. - Preparing and filing regular tax filings like GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in consultation with the company's CA. - Ensuring timely submission of invoices, tax reports, and other financial documents. - Assisting in preparing financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports. - Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. - Monitoring expenses and identifying discrepancies for cost control. - Assisting in preparing financial documents for audits and compliance reviews. - Supporting senior management with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in corporations, law firms, or other professional services firms. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws (GST, TDS), and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple financial tasks.
