Job Description

Job Title : Accounts Executive / Accountant Location: Thuvakudi, Trichy. Department: Accounts Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day financial tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping using Tally and ERP systems . The candidate will be responsible for maintaining vouchers, receipts, payments, bills, GST working, and petty cash handling. Key Responsibilities: Work extensively on Tally ERP for daily accounting tasks Maintain and file vouchers, receipts, bills, and payment records Reconcile Sundry Debtors and Creditors regularly Manage and record petty cash transactions Handle day-to-day accounting entries and updates Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in accounting (preferably with Tally ERP) Strong command of Tally and ERP systems Basic knowledge of GST, TDS , and other statutory compliance Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of invoice preparation and vendor management Ability to handle workload independently and meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 31/05/2025
