Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee execution of GFRD and underground powerhouse structures in alignment with project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Prepare and review construction schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and implement quality assurance protocols.
Support documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil)
Minimum 15 years of experience in hydro power or infrastructure project execution
Proven experience in GFRD and underground powerhouse construction
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety norms, and project management tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience of working with EPC contracting companies.
Familiarity with geotechnical and structural engineering aspects.
