Roles Available : Acquisition Manager - CASA Premier Acquisition Manager - Business Banking - Current Accounts opening Preferred candidate profile • Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics • Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance • Responsible for Sourcing High Value CA customers along with entire Family Banking relationships • Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customer. • Sources new to bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel Desired Candidate Profile: • Customer orientation • High energy levels with a motive to succeed • Had managed & Sourced Business Banking customers • Background in order of preference Banking, Financial Services • Graduate: 2-3 years of experience Age Limit : 30 Years Graduation Qualification in any stream. Ability To work field Sales Go getter attitude. Self-motivated with a passion to achieve. Relevant Experience of thorough Understanding of Banking. Leadership Aptitude, Mentoring Ability and Excellent Organizational Skills. Sourcing In Open Market New Acquisition.
