Job SummaryYou will act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals. Recruitment, onboarding, employee grievances, employee engagement and retention are all important aspects of this role. You will actively be involved in addressing employee queries, concerns & collaborate with employees to foster a positive work environment.
