Exchange Engineer(L3/L4) 3+ Yrs C2H Role

We are seeking an experienced Exchange Engineer (L3/L4) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments, both on-premises and cloud-based. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing, and maintaining Exchange solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities Manage and support Microsoft Exchange environments including on-premises and cloud-based solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Exchange-related issues in a timely manner. Implement and maintain Exchange server upgrades and patches. Monitor performance metrics and ensure system availability and reliability. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security and compliance of Exchange systems. Assist in the migration of on-premises Exchange to Microsoft 365 or other cloud solutions. Create and maintain documentation related to Exchange architecture, processes, and procedures. Skills and Qualifications 3-8 years of experience in managing Microsoft Exchange Server environments. Strong understanding of Exchange Online and hybrid configurations. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks. Experience with Exchange server installations, migrations, and upgrades. Knowledge of Active Directory and its integration with Exchange. Familiarity with email protocols such as SMTP, POP, and IMAP. Ability to troubleshoot networking issues impacting Exchange services. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are a plus.
