Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Medical Coder to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental coding guidelines, procedures, and medical terminology.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze dental records for accurate coding
Assign appropriate CDT (Current Dental Terminology) codes
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and payer policies
Work closely with dentists and billing teams to clarify information
Audit and correct coding errors
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding changes and payer updates
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dental coding
Strong knowledge of CDT codes and dental procedures
Good communication and analytical skills
Familiarity with dental software and EMR tools is a plus
