• Strategically focused and responsible for overall client relationship management viz., business requirement drafting, requirement delivery, user testing, pre & post release activities, client satisfaction, support technical issues.
• To liaison with stakeholders / cross-functional teams during delivery at various levels along with providing support, information and guidance.
• Very quick and efficient - strong ability to manage details accurately.
