The role involves student counselling via tele-calling, guiding them on course offerings, and converting leads. Requirements: Education : Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply) Experience : 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-calling or counselling. Prior EdTech experience will be considered an added advantage. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer queries and guide them effectively.
