Ex-Visa Officers with Study Visa Experience

We are looking for a former Visa Officer with hands-on experience in assessing study visa applications. The role involves reviewing student files, identifying gaps and guiding our team to prepare stronger, decision-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review student visa applications before submission

• Identify risks, red flags and missing documentation

• Guide the team on GTE, SOP quality, funds and compliance

• Share insights on how visa officers assess cases

• Reduce refusal chances through better case preparation

• Train counsellors and admission staff on visa standards

• Monitor changes in visa rules and suggest improvements

Required Experience

• Previous role as a Visa Officer (any country)

• Strong understanding of student visa processes

• Ability to analyse files and spot high-risk issues

• Good communication and mentoring ability
