Key Responsibilities: Regulate and supervise on-ground security operations. Liasoning with police, government departments, and local authorities. Conduct regular security drills, audits, and inspections. Train security guards and field teams on protocols, discipline, and emergency handling. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. Requirements: Retired/Ex-Police Officer with good service record. Strong knowledge of security protocols and regulatory guidelines. Excellent communication and liasoning skills. Leadership ability and experience in team training. Salary: Up to 50,000 per month (based on experience and interview).
