Preference will be given to Ex-Army personnel from the Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) , who bring deep knowledge of logistics, inventory management, defense-grade procurement procedures, and high compliance standards. Manage end-to-end procurement of MRO items (tools, spare parts, consumables, safety equipment, etc.). Evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms of purchase. Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in coordination with internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and documentation protocols. Conduct demand forecasting and manage inventory for optimum stock levels. Coordinate with stores and quality teams for receipt, inspection, and storage of procured items. Monitor contract performance and flag any discrepancies in supply. Assist in audits and maintain all relevant documentation for compliance. Apply AOC-learned practices for structured procurement, MIS reporting, and lifecycle tracking of assets/materials.

Preferred: General Manager Experience in a luxury club or in full service hotel. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights. Key Responsibilities Assist in formulating and enforcing security protocols, SOPs, and site access control procedures. Conduct physical and perimeter security assessments regularly; identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation controls. Manage day-to-day oversight of security personnel, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and staffing plans. Develop and deliver security training programs and mock drills (e.g., fire, theft, crowd control, emergency response). Promptly investigate incidents or breaches, document findings, and present reports and recommendations to senior management. Liaise with local law enforcement, intelligence agencies (CISF / police / district administration) to align on threats, compliance, and local issues. Monitor and control movement in and around the plant, including entry/exit points, vehicle traffic, labor colony access, and community engagement. Coordinate procurement, maintenance, storage, and effective usage of security equipment and technology. Foster constructive relations with the neighboring community, addressing security-related concerns proactively. Enforce compliance with statutory acts (IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, PSARA), fire safety regulations, labour laws, and internal audit/TQM standards. Support budgeting and cost control in security operations. Participate in safety and disaster management coordination across Rungta group facilities. Skills: Strong knowledge of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, PSARA, labor laws, and fire & disaster regulations. Proficient in MS Office, report writing, risk assessment, and stakeholder management. Experience in audit, training design, and mock drill coordination.
