Your responsibilities will include handling escalations, conducting root cause analysis on escalations to implement corrective measures, devising strategies to enhance customer experience, analyzing customer feedback metrics, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Additionally, this full-time on-site position entails traveling to different cities for a week every month, with all expenses covered by the company. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Events/Hospitality Industry, hold a graduation degree or higher qualification, and possess fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret customer data effectively, exceptional leadership qualities, and adept training skills are essential attributes for this position.,
