Events and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events & Client Coordinator to join our team at Ideaworks Integrated Pvt. Ltd. — a leading event and production company with in-house audio, video, and LED setup solutions. This role is ideal for a fresher who enjoys coordination, communication, and working with data and client proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients for event details and requirements
• Prepare client proposals, budgets, and quotations in Excel
• Communicate with internal teams for sound, light, LED, and video setups
• Assist in managing event logistics and vendor coordination
• Support the team during on-ground event setup and execution
• Maintain proper records of client communication, proposals, and reports

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel and basic computer knowledge
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Team player with a positive and learning attitude
• Interest in events, production, and client servicing

Qualification:

• Graduate in any field (Event Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
