Role Overview: As a volunteer for Vibrance 2024-25, you will be an integral part of an exciting celebration of art and wellness in Mysore, India on July 12-13, 2025. Your main responsibilities will include community outreach, event logistics assistance, competition management, promotions and PR activities, and finding sponsors. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with dance & music institutions and schools to encourage participation and enroll kids for international classical dance & music Talent show - Assist with on-ground event planning, coordination, and execution - Support in organizing and managing international dance, music, and visual arts competitions - Help spread the word and promote the program within the community - Find sponsors for the event Qualifications Required: - Enthusiastic and committed individuals - Those looking to gain experience in event management and community engagement Additional Details: Joining as a volunteer for Vibrance 2024-25 will provide you with hands-on experience in event management, community outreach, and marketing. You will also have the opportunity to network with industry professionals, artists, and wellness experts.
