  • Planning, coordinating, and executing music/education-related events
  • Assisting with venue setup, logistics, registrations, and on-ground management
  • Coordinating with vendors, artists, teachers, and school partners
  • Managing pre-event and post-event documentation, reports, and feedback
  • Supporting event schedules, checklists, and promotional material preparation
  • Helping with social media promotions, photography, and content support
  • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines during events
  • Providing administrative support to the Events team

  • Work Days:

    Monday to Saturday

  • Work Hours:

    11:00 AM 7:00 PM
