Job Description:

  • Handle administrative coordination and backend office work
  • Fluent and confident communication in English and Hindi
  • Assist in RSVP management and guest coordination
  • Manage client servicing, ensuring smooth communication and execution
  • Provide quick, solution-oriented responses and handle on-ground or remote situations with clarity
  • Support in event planning, documentation, and execution follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, teams, and clients
  • Bring creative problem-solving to everyday challenges

WHAT WE WANT FROM THE CANDIDATE

  • Excellent spoken & written English (and Hindi)
  • Past experience in the events industry (Minimum 4 yearsof experience)
  • A creative mind with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheet
  • A positive attitude, ready to take initiative
