Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution and delivery of partner marketing campaigns, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with campaign objectives. Coordinate creative requests for event campaigns and marketing assets, ensuring they are submitted on time, meet brand guidelines, and are approved for use. Ensure landing pages are updated regularly to reflect the latest campaign or event information. Track, update, and report on partner campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable insights to optimise results. Maintain and update partner reports, ensuring accurate tracking of campaign success and engagement. Compile and analyse channel performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Support the onboarding of partners from a campaign perspective, providing all necessary materials and clear guidance to set them up for success. Manage daily communication with partners, addressing queries, sharing updates, and fostering strong relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, content, events, and design) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and consistency in messaging. Monitor and update campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all activities stay on track.
