Responsibilities and Requirements:

 Minimum 1+ of experience in benefit verification

 Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

 Working knowledge of current Microsoft Office.

 Maintains patient demographic information.

 Inform supervisor of consistent issues when identified

 Verify Insurance Eligibility & Benefits via phone Calls, website & other available

sources.

 Coordinate with front office staff regarding scheduling errors.

 Assist front office staff in understanding verification of eligibility.

 Notification of insurance referrals/authorizations as needed.

 Answers questions from patients, clinical staff and insurance companies.

 Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

 Perform other duties as assigned to you.
