Evaluator - Used Cars (Maruti True Value)

As an Evaluator for Pre-Owned Cars at Maruti True Value, your primary responsibility will be to inspect incoming used vehicles, both Maruti and non-Maruti, for their mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic conditions. You will be required to accurately assess the physical condition, mileage, service history, accident status, and marketability of the vehicles. Conducting test drives to evaluate engine performance and functionality will also be a part of your role. Using Maruti True Value evaluation tools or apps, you will generate detailed vehicle inspection reports. It will be your responsibility to determine the fair buying price of the vehicles and assist in negotiation with sellers, which may include walk-in customers or used car agents. Clear documentation maintenance of every evaluated vehicle, including photos, reports, and ownership documents, will be crucial. Collaboration with the procurement, sales, and refurbishment teams is essential to ensure a smooth onboarding process for the vehicles. Verification of documents such as RC book, insurance, loan NOC, pollution certificate, etc., will also fall under your duties. Your support will contribute to guaranteeing that only quality vehicles are added to the True Value stockyard. Maintaining records of evaluations, following up on potential leads, and prioritizing transparency and customer satisfaction throughout the car evaluation process are key aspects of this role. This is a Full-time, Permanent position suitable for Freshers with qualifications ranging from ITI/Diploma/Degree and 0-2 years of experience. The work location will be in person at Thrissur, Palakkad, Guruvayoor, and Chalakudy.
