Fake website. They are cheating people. After receiving refund from airlines they are keeping whole amount in name of handling fee. They don’t show about this while booking ticket with them. So horrible experience. Never use their app Go to Gate. No customer support. Completely fake people

Avoid this like the plague, 3 weeks calling sending emails and still waiting for a supervisor to call back. Agents have even stopped transfering calls to supervisors and resorted to hanging up mid sentence. Unprofessional and an absolute mess. IATA, DCGA India and consumer affairs department should investigate this!
