Avoid this like the plague, 3 weeks calling sending emails and still waiting for a supervisor to call back. Agents have even stopped transfering calls to supervisors and resorted to hanging up mid sentence. Unprofessional and an absolute mess. IATA, DCGA India and consumer affairs department should investigate this!
