ETP Operator

As an ETP Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the Effluent Treatment Plant to ensure that wastewater is treated according to regulatory standards and company policies. Your role will involve conducting routine inspections, chemical dosing, record keeping, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine sampling and testing of influent and effluent water. - Maintain logs, reports, and checklists as required by internal systems and regulatory bodies. - Prepare and dose chemicals like coagulants, flocculants, disinfectants, pH adjusters, and nutrients as per standard operating procedures. - Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tanks. - Identify operational issues and inform maintenance teams for corrective action. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in operating an Effluent Treatment Plant is preferred. - Knowledge of chemical handling and basic maintenance procedures. - Ability to work in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
