ETL Tester/Data Conversion / Migration - Associate - Operate

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with data engineers to understand ETL workflows and requirements. - Perform data validation and testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data. - Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to resolve issues. - Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and quality. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python for ETL processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data testing. Qualifications: - Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts. - Proven experience in ETL testing and automation. - Strong proficiency in Python programming. - Familiarity with ETL tools such as Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica, or similar. - Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Experience with version control systems like Git. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab. - Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
