Job Description

An ETL Tester - Lead is a senior role responsible for leading and executing test strategies for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key duties include designing test plans, creating and automating test cases, validating data with SQL, managing the testing team, collaborating with developers and analysts, and ensuring the overall quality of data pipelines before they are put into production.
Lead ETL pipeline design and implementation for migration from source systems (NetNative, Shiprite, Aljex, Truckmate).
Guide ETL developers in coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.
Ensure adherence to canonical model mappings and transformation logic.
