ETL Developer

We are hiring an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in ETL, Data Warehousing, Advanced SQL, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ensure seamless and high-performance data integration across systems. Proficiency in writing and tuning advanced SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, views, and CTEs, is essential for efficient data transformation and querying.
The role requires hands-on experience in managing data warehouse schemas (star and snowflake models), modeling data effectively, and maintaining data accuracy, quality, and integrity. Candidates should be comfortable integrating Snowflake workflows with cloud platforms such as AWS and ETL tools like Informatica or DBT, ensuring automated, reliable, and governed data pipelines.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are critical, as the candidate will act as a liaison between senior leadership, technical teams, and business units, translating requirements into actionable solutions. The ETL Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, document processes, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues to deliver clean and consistent data for business decision-making. Experience with Veeva CRM data is an added advantage.
