ETL Developer

What youll do:

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows (SSIS, Azure Data Factory)
• Integrate data from APIs, ERP, CRM, IoT, and cloud sources
• Transform, cleanse, and enrich raw data for analytics & BI
• Load data into modern warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse) and data lakes
• Collaborate with analysts & business users to deliver reliable insights

What were looking for:

• 3-5 years of ETL development/data engineering experience
• Strong SQL skills (Stored Procedures, Views, PL/SQL, T-SQL)
• Hands-on with ETL tools (SSIS, ADF) and cloud services (AWS Glue, Azure, GCP Dataflow)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schema, SCD)
• Bonus: Python scripting, Git/CI-CD, data governance & profiling tools

Key Deliverables:

• Production-ready ETL pipelines
• Migration of legacy scripts into modular workflows
• Monitoring & alerting setup for nightly loads
• Contribution to a central data quality rules library

Performance Metrics:
