Ethics & Compliance Director, South Asia

**Role Overview:** As the Ethics and Compliance Manager at dentsu's South Asia markets, your primary responsibility is to implement an effective ethics and compliance program aligned with the global strategy. You will collaborate with market leadership to foster an ethical culture and embed these principles within the organization's ways of working. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement, manage, and prioritize ethics & compliance program activities for the South Asia region - Partner with senior management to communicate and demonstrate ethical and compliance standards - Conduct compliance risk assessment and monitor mitigation actions - Contribute to enterprise risk management process - Conduct internal investigations of alleged Code of Conduct breaches and monitor remediation activities - Provide risk-based ethics and compliance training - Collaborate with Communications team for ethics and compliance-related communication - Monitor third party due diligence and resolve red flags - Operationalize key policies and embed relevant processes within business decision-making - Lead Ethics & Compliance Agenda of Risk and Compliance Committee meetings - Implement dashboards and presentations to highlight gaps and good practices - Respond to compliance queries from staff, management, and Legal and Compliance colleagues - Support M&A compliance due diligence process and integration activities **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of X years of experience in ethics and compliance role - Strong understanding of ethics and compliance principles - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to conduct risk assessments and internal investigations - Experience in implementing ethics and compliance training programs - Knowledge of global and regional ethics and compliance initiatives (Note: The JD does not include any additional details about the company.),
