Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Architecture / Interior Design / Construction team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and supporting project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and construction projects
• Develop BOQs, rate analysis, and material quantity take-offs
• Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and vendors for cost inputs
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control
• Support tendering and vendor comparison processes
• Ensure cost accuracy and timely submission of estimates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator in architecture/interior/construction projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, market rates, and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related tools/software
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and cost control mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
