ESTIMATOR ( BOQ )

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BOQ Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in preparing Bills of Quantities, accurate cost estimations, and pricing for furniture products and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQ, estimates, and price quotations for interior and furniture projects.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material requirements.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure correct quantity take-offs.
• Maintain cost databases, material lists, and vendor pricing.
• Ensure timely submission of BOQs and quotations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in BOQ preparation Required.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
