Estimation & Production Manager

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day factory operations at Ambernath MIDC and supervise the manufacturing of steel pipe fittings including Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Flanges, Couplings, etc. Your responsibilities will also include helping in quality control, preparing production & cost estimations for orders and tenders, implementing best practices for safety, efficiency, and cost reduction, as well as coordinating with management, purchase, and sales teams to align production with demand. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day factory operations at Ambernath MIDC - Supervise manufacturing of steel pipe fittings such as Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Flanges, Couplings, etc. - Help in quality control - Prepare production & cost estimations for orders and tenders - Implement best practices for safety, efficiency, and cost reduction - Coordinate with management, purchase, and sales teams to align production with demand Key Requirements: - 5-15 years of experience in manufacturing pipe fittings/forging industry - Strong knowledge of Alloy, Carbon, and Stainless Steel grades - Hands-on experience with factory management, production planning, QC, and costing/estimation - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Willingness to work full-time from Ambernath MIDC Additionally, the company offers commuter assistance.
