Key Responsibilities: - Keeps current on market conditions and construction industry trends. - Manages, supports, and assists with the training of the estimating staff. - Assigns responsibilities for the estimating team on each project. - Reviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent communication and attention to detail.
