Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Interior & Exterior Works

Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Bangalore
Language Requirement: Kannada (Must), English/Hindi (Preferred)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior and exterior projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine material, labor, and time costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to get quotations and material rates.
• Assist the project team in budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and cost breakdowns.
• Communicate effectively in Kannada with clients, site teams, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in estimation for interior/exterior works.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market rates.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory); English or Hindi preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
