ESG RA

The role involves interacting with client stakeholders to provide highly integrated research support, including pre-investment ESG due diligence and adhoc ESG research such as sustainability reports, sector/regulation writeups, preparing slides, and maintaining backups. You will assist in project planning and completion, coordinating internally to deliver the final output. Additionally, you will update and maintain clients" proprietary/ESG database, showcasing a positive attitude and ability to work with tight deadlines with minimum guidance. Prior knowledge of ESG/Sustainability and Credit research is a plus, and you will also guide and mentor junior team member(s). Your skills will include the ability to map companies by sector and conduct diligence based on their ESG disclosures and publicly available information. You should be familiar with the concept of materiality and ESG reporting standards such as the SASB, TCFD, etc. Ensuring high-quality ESG research and displaying strong analytical capabilities on adhoc requests is crucial. Moreover, strong written English and communication skills, as well as client relationship management skills, are essential for this role.,
