As an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation consultant, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, design solutions, map business processes, and configure systems. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation of the Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, designing solutions, and mapping existing HR business processes. You will also be responsible for the configuration of the Core HR module, including work structures and employee life cycle processes. Additionally, you will design and support workflows, fast formulas, approval hierarchies, and role-based security setups. You will lead and execute unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), provide user training and support for both rollouts and live environments, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with hands-on experience implementing both Core HR and Absence Management modules. You should possess strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configurations, setups, and transactions specific to the Core HR and Absence Management modules. Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation certifications, such as Absence Management Cloud Implementation Professional, are highly preferred. Furthermore, excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences are essential. You should be a strong team player with an ownership mindset and escalation skills when necessary.
