Escalation Desk Support

You will be part of the Escalations Desk Support team in Indore, handling premium domestic customers. Your primary role will involve resolving escalated customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your minimum 1 year of documented customer service experience to address customer escalations effectively. - Communicate proficiently in English and Hindi to ensure clear and concise resolution of customer concerns. - Work a 6-day week with rotational shifts and one day off, including 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour break. Note that no leaves are allowed in the initial 3 months. - Assist outstation candidates relocating to Indore by offering a 10,000 Relocation Bonus, one-way ticket, and 14-day hotel accommodation with complimentary breakfast. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of documented customer support experience. - Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
