Job Description

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud (lead-to-cash, pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, quote-to-order).

Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, governance, and security policies.
  • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance, including data management, workflows, and automation.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance to stakeholders and teams.

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools).
Experience designing and integrating Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale, including API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, role hierarchy, security model, and governance best practices.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs into business outcomes for executive stakeholders.

Set Yourself Apart With

Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Sales Cloud Consultant.

Proven success in large-scale Sales Cloud transformations (forecasting, CPQ, opportunity management, or partner relationship management).

Experience implementing Service Cloud capabilities such as omni-channel routing, Knowledge, or Experience Cloud for customer self-service.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Familiarity with additional Salesforce products such as CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Einstein Analytics.
