ERW QC Executive

Job Title: ERW QC ExecutiveLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratExperience Required: 3 YearsSalary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (₹6,00,000 per annum)Key Responsibilities:

• Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) tubes to ensure compliance with material specifications and industry standards.
• Dimensional Verification: Utilize precision instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to measure critical dimensions and tolerances.
• Surface Quality Assessment: Perform visual and instrumental checks for surface defects, ensuring adherence to surface finish requirements.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Execute NDT methods, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Eddy Current Testing (ECT), to detect internal and surface flaws.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) in compliance with quality management systems.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quality Control within the ERW tube manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment; knowledge of NDT techniques.
• Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
